TOMATO는 이용자 데이터의 대부분을 이용자 기기 안에만 저장합니다. 아래 방법으로 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
1. 기기 내 데이터 삭제 (즉시)
앱에서 만든 대부분의 데이터(닉네임·아바타, 퀴즈·토너 전적, 경험치·레벨, 약점 통계, 핸드 복기, 연습용 칩, 설정)는 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 앱을 삭제(제거)하면 기기에 저장된 위 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 앱 안에서도 [프로필] 탭 → [정보] → [이 기기의 데이터 지우기]로 즉시 지울 수 있습니다.
- 다만 앱을 지워도 아래 2번의 서버측 데이터는 남습니다. 그건 따로 요청해 주세요.
2. 서버측 데이터 삭제 (요청)
서버에는 회원가입 없이 발급된 익명 식별자와 아래 정보가 남아 있을 수 있습니다.
- 랭킹 프로필: 닉네임, 플레이어 태그
- 랭킹 기록: 토너먼트 결과(등급·점수·순위)와 기록 시각
- 구독 확인 기록: 구독 활성 여부, 상품 종류, 만료 시각
- AI 사용 횟수: 하루 이용 횟수(내용은 저장하지 않습니다)
- 신고 기록: 신고를 하셨거나 받으신 경우
- 결제 처리 실패 기록: 결제 확인이 ★실패했을 때만 남습니다. 익명 식별자의 ★앞 8자와 상품·오류 정보가 담기며, 결제가 반영되지 않은 것을 찾아 복구하는 데만 씁니다. 식별자 전체를 담지 않아 위 항목들과 함께 자동으로 지워지지는 않으니, 이 기록까지 삭제를 원하시면 요청에 함께 적어 주세요.
삭제 요청 방법
- 앱에서: [프로필] 탭 → [정보] → [서버 데이터 삭제 요청]
여기서 내 익명 식별자를 복사할 수 있고, 이 페이지로 바로 올 수 있습니다.

- 본문에 적을 것: 삭제를 원한다는 의사와 익명 식별자.
※ 회원가입이 없어 이메일 주소만으로는 어느 데이터인지 특정할 수 없습니다.
앱에서 복사한 익명 식별자를 함께 적어 주셔야 정확히 처리할 수 있습니다.
식별자를 확인하기 어려우시면 그 사정을 적어 보내 주세요. 함께 방법을 찾겠습니다.
- 처리: 요청 확인 후 위 서버측 데이터를 삭제하며, 통상 30일 이내에 완료합니다.
결제·분쟁 대응에 필요한 최소 기록은 관련 법령이 정한 기간 내에서 보존될 수 있습니다.
3. AI 분석으로 전송된 데이터
복기 AI 분석 시 전송된 핸드 기록은 분석 목적에만 사용되며 별도로 저장되지 않습니다. 별도 삭제 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.
4. 구독 취소 (데이터 삭제와 별개)
Premium 구독의 취소·해지는 데이터 삭제와 별개이며, App Store 또는 Google Play의 계정 구독 설정에서 직접 관리하실 수 있습니다.

On-device data (immediate) Most data created in the app (nickname/avatar, quiz and tournament results, XP/level, weakness stats, hand reviews, practice chips, settings) is stored only on your device. - Deleting (removing) the app deletes this on-device data. - You can also erase it instantly in the app: Profile tab -> Info -> "Erase data on this device". - However, deleting the app does not remove the server-side data listed in section 2. Please request that separately. 2. Server-side data (request) The server may hold an anonymous identifier issued without any sign-up, together with: - Ranking profile: nickname, player tag - Ranking records: tournament results (tier, score, placement) and timestamps - Subscription records: whether a subscription is active, product type, expiry - AI usage counts: daily usage count (the content itself is not stored) - Report records: if you filed or received a report - Payment-processing failure records: kept only when a purchase confirmation fails. They contain the first 8 characters of the anonymous identifier plus product and error details, and are used solely to find and recover a purchase that was not applied. Because they do not contain the full identifier, they are not removed automatically together with the items above — please mention them in your request if you want them deleted as well. How to request deletion - In the app: Profile tab -> Info -> "Request server data deletion". There you can copy your anonymous identifier and open this page directly. - By email: tomato@weareoven.com - Example subject: [Data Deletion Request] TOMATO - In the body: your request to delete, plus your anonymous identifier. Note: because there is no sign-up, an email address alone cannot identify which data is yours. Please include the identifier copied from the app. If you cannot retrieve it, tell us your situation and we will work it out with you. - Processing: after verifying your request, we delete the server-side data listed above, typically within 30 days. Minimal records needed for payment or dispute handling may be retained within periods permitted by law. 3. Data sent for AI analysis Hand records sent during review AI analysis are used only for analysis and are not separately stored; no separate deletion step is needed. 4. Canceling a subscription (separate from deletion) Canceling a Premium subscription is separate from data deletion and is managed directly in your App Store or Google Play account subscription settings.
