시행일: 2026년 7월 14일 TOMATO(토마토)는 텍사스 홀덤 학습·연습용 트레이너 앱입니다. 서비스는 별도의 회원가입(이름·이메일·전화번호 등)을 요구하지 않으며, 이용자 데이터의 대부분을 이용자 기기 안에만 저장합니다. 수집·처리를 목적에 필요한 범위로 최소화합니다. 1. 수집·저장하는 정보 가. 기기 내 저장(로컬): 앱에서 입력·생성한 아래 정보는 이용자 기기(앱 저장소)에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. - 온보딩 정보: 닉네임, 아바타 선택, 홀덤 경력·관심사·목표 - 학습 기록: 퀴즈·AI 토너먼트 전적, 경험치(XP)·레벨, 약점 태그 통계, 연습용 칩 잔액 - 핸드 복기: 이용자가 직접 입력한 핸드 기록(액션·보드·홀카드·메모) - 설정: 테마·사운드·표시 옵션 등 나. 익명 식별자: AI 분석·구독 상태 확인을 위해 익명 세션 식별자(uid)를 사용합니다. 이는 개인을 특정하지 않는 임의의 식별자로, 이름·이메일·연락처와 연결되지 않습니다. 다. 자동 수집: 기기 언어. 서비스는 광고를 표시하지 않으며, 광고 식별자(ADID/IDFA)를 수집하거나 이용하지 않습니다. 2. AI 분석 시 데이터 전송(동의 기반) - 복기 AI 분석 기능을 이용자가 사용할 때에 한하여, 입력하신 핸드 기록(액션·보드·홀카드)을 분석을 위해 제3자 AI 서비스인 Anthropic에 전송합니다. - 전송된 데이터는 분석 목적에만 사용되며 별도로 저장되지 않습니다. - 이 전송은 최초 사용 시 명시적 동의를 받으며, 동의는 앱 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다. 동의하지 않으면 AI 분석 기능만 이용되지 않을 뿐, 다른 기능(퀴즈·토너·복기 열람)은 정상 이용할 수 있습니다. 3. 결제·구독 정보 - Premium 구독은 Apple App Store / Google Play의 인앱 결제와 RevenueCat을 통해 처리됩니다. - 결제 수단(카드번호 등) 정보는 Apple·Google이 처리하며, 앱은 이를 저장하거나 열람하지 않습니다. RevenueCat은 위 익명 식별자와 구독 활성 여부만 관리합니다. 4. 개인정보의 제3자 처리(처리위탁) 서비스는 개인정보를 외부에 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 처리자를 이용합니다. - Supabase (익명 인증·AI 요청 중계 인프라): 익명 식별자 발급 및 AI 분석 요청 프록시 - Anthropic (AI 처리): 복기 AI 분석 시 전송된 핸드 기록을 분석 목적으로만 처리(판매·양도 없음) - Apple / Google, RevenueCat (인앱 결제·구독 관리) 각 처리자는 자체 개인정보 보호정책에 따라 정보를 처리하며, 서버는 국외에 위치할 수 있습니다(제5항 참고). 5. 개인정보의 국외 이전 서비스 인프라(Supabase) 및 AI 처리(Anthropic)의 서버는 대한민국 외 지역(예: 미국 등)에 위치할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 AI 분석 등 관련 기능 이용을 통해 데이터가 해당 지역으로 이전·처리될 수 있음에 동의합니다. 6. 보유 및 파기 - 기기 내 저장 데이터: 앱을 삭제하거나 기기에서 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다. - 익명 식별자·구독 기록 등 서버측 최소 데이터: 아래 연락처로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다(데이터 삭제 안내 페이지 참고). - AI 분석을 위해 전송된 핸드 기록은 분석 목적 외 별도로 저장되지 않습니다. 7. 아동의 개인정보 TOMATO는 실제 금전이 오가는 도박이 아닌 학습·연습용 서비스이며, 만 17세 미만 등 스토어 연령 등급 정책에 따른 이용 제한을 따릅니다. 8. 이용자의 권리 이용자는 기기 내 데이터를 앱에서 직접 확인·수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 서버측 데이터의 삭제·처리정지·열람은 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 9. 개인정보 보호책임자 및 문의 - 개인정보 보호책임자: 오재헌 (왐 픽쳐스) - 문의: tomato@weareoven.com 10. 정책 변경 본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 또는 본 페이지에 공지합니다.
Effective date: July 14, 2026 TOMATO is a Texas Hold'em learning and practice trainer app. The Service does not require sign-up (no name, email, or phone number), and most user data is stored only on your device. We minimize collection and processing to what is necessary. 1. Information We Collect / Store a. On-device (local): The following data you enter or generate is stored only on your device (app storage) and is not sent to any server. - Onboarding: nickname, avatar choice, poker experience/interests/goals - Learning records: quiz and AI-tournament results, XP/level, weakness-tag stats, practice chip balance - Hand reviews: hand records you enter (actions, board, hole cards, notes) - Settings: theme, sound, display options b. Anonymous identifier: We use an anonymous session identifier (uid) to enable AI analysis and to check subscription status. It is a random identifier that does not identify you and is not linked to your name, email, or contact. c. Automatic: device language. The Service does not display ads and does not collect or use advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA). 2. Data Sent for AI Analysis (consent-based) - Only when you use the hand-review AI analysis feature, the hand record you entered (actions, board, hole cards) is sent to Anthropic, a third-party AI service, for analysis. - The sent data is used only for analysis and is not separately stored. - We obtain explicit consent on first use, and you can withdraw consent anytime in Settings. If you decline, only the AI analysis feature is unavailable; other features (quiz, tournament, viewing reviews) work normally. 3. Payment / Subscription - Premium subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store / Google Play in-app purchases and RevenueCat. - Payment method details (e.g., card numbers) are handled by Apple/Google; the app does not store or access them. RevenueCat manages only the anonymous identifier above and subscription status. 4. Third-Party Processing We do not sell your personal information. We use the following processors: - Supabase (anonymous auth and AI-request proxy infrastructure) - Anthropic (AI processing): processes hand records sent for review analysis, for that purpose only (never sold or transferred) - Apple / Google, RevenueCat (in-app purchase and subscription management) Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy, and servers may be located outside your country (see Section 5). 5. International Data Transfer Our infrastructure (Supabase) and AI processing (Anthropic) servers may be located outside the Republic of Korea (e.g., the United States). By using AI analysis and related features, you agree your data may be transferred to and processed in such regions. 6. Retention & Deletion - On-device data: deleted when you delete the app or clear its data on your device. - Minimal server-side data (anonymous identifier, subscription records): you may request deletion via the contact below (see the Data Deletion page). - Hand records sent for AI analysis are not stored beyond the analysis purpose. 7. Children TOMATO is a learning/practice service, not real-money gambling, and follows store age-rating restrictions. 8. Your Rights You can view, edit, and delete on-device data directly in the app, and request deletion, restriction, or access of server-side data via the contact below. 9.
